North York, ON M2J 4A8
From the 401, the DVP, and the 404.
From the 401 (east or west)
Take the Victoria Park Avenue exit (Exit 369). Head south on Victoria Park. We’re a few minutes south of the 401 on the east side of the road, in a low-rise commercial strip, Suite #14. The 401 is the most common arrival route for patients from Scarborough (eastbound on the 401 from the east end), from western Toronto and western GTA (eastbound on the 401), and from points west via the 400/401 interchange.
From the DVP / Don Valley Parkway
Take the DVP north to the 401 east, then exit at Victoria Park (Exit 369). Alternatively, for downtown patients who’d prefer surface roads, take the DVP north to Lawrence, exit eastbound, then north on Victoria Park.
From the 404 / York Region corridor
The 404 south connects to the 401. Take the 401 west and exit at Victoria Park. Richmond Hill, Markham, and Aurora patients typically take this route. Patients from Thornhill and central Vaughan often prefer surface routes (Yonge or Bathurst south) to avoid the 401-404 interchange.
Patient parking on-site. Ground-floor access.
Patient parking is available at the building. The lot is shared with adjacent commercial units, with the closest spots in front of our suite. Accessibility parking is at the building entrance. Most patients arrive 15 minutes before their appointment; the lot is rarely tight at that time of day.
Suite #14 is at ground level with no steps from the parking area to the front door. The operatory, planning space, and recovery area are all single-floor and wheelchair-accessible. If you’re arriving for sedation or general anesthesia, your driver should plan on returning to the same parking spot for pick-up. Discharge usually happens within an hour or two of the procedure ending.
If you have specific accessibility needs that affect surgical day, wheelchair transfer assistance, sensory accommodations, accompaniment preferences, tell us at booking and we’ll plan around them. The front desk also handles requests around transportation arrangements for sedation patients without a driver, including referrals to medical-transport services.
Patients travel here from across the GTA.
Downtown and central Toronto patients. Most travel here to consolidate multi-trip implant work into a single-day surgical workflow.
York Region corridor: Maple, Woodbridge, Concord and the Vaughan Mills area. Premium implant care without crossing into downtown traffic.
Direct route south via Yonge or the 404. Bayview Hill, Oak Ridges, and the Yonge corridor patients.
Unionville, Cathedraltown, and central Markham. 407 or surface routes south to Victoria Park.
The closest York Region community to our office, typically a 15–20 minute drive from the Thornhill core.
East-side neighborhoods, Agincourt, Bridlewood, and the Scarborough Town Centre area, connected via the 401.
What we do here.
Revive is an implant-focused practice. Full-arch implant rehabilitation, complex implant surgery, zygomatic implants for severe bone loss, single and multiple tooth implant work, and revision of failed prior implant treatment, every day, with in-house sedation and general anesthesia and an in-house dental lab.
We don’t do cleanings, veneers, braces, root canals, or general dentistry; if those are what you need we’ll point you to a good dental home for them. The implant work is what 15+ years and thousands of cases have been spent building.
